We are a family-owned business in the Collierville, TN area that places great value on our employees. We want our team to have a good work/life balance all while being compensated well for their hard work and dedication to our customers. We start experienced Lawn Team members off at $16 to $18 per hour and Crew Leaders at $19 to $21 per hour. This is only the beginning, highly MOWtivated Team Members and Crew Leaders can earn considerably more with Performance Pay incentives.
