We want our team to have a good work/life balance all while being compensated well for their hard work and dedication to our customers. We start experienced Lawn Team members off at $15 per hour during a two week training period but that's only the beginning. Once your training is complete you will be eligible for Performance Based Pay where you can earn well over $20 per hr. if you're highly MOWtivated! This allows you to earn more money in less time.
